The Empty Bottle will be participating in local events including Pearl Street Art Walk and Ladies Night Out. The shop will be teaming up with several non-profit groups to host onsite events as well.

The Empty Bottle Event Room & Wine Tasting

The Program Includes:

• Use of the event room, including set up and clean up for the event.
• A staff member who discusses the wines and provides information.
• Tasting notes and pens.

Food:

You are welcome to bring your own food or use your own caterer.  We can also recommend one of our regular catering partners for your event.  Please let us know when booking your event how you would like to handle the food for the event.

Wine:

We can work with you to stay within your budget.  We carry over 400 wines that range between $8 and $125 per bottle.  The majority of our wines are between $10 and $25 per bottle, so we can have a great event with fantastic wines and still work within your budget.  You can choose a specific country you are interested in, specific styles of wine that you are curious about, or choose from a region that you’d like to learn more about.  We can take you through The Empty Bottle prior to your event and help select the wines for your event.

Format:

We have two common formats for our events:

• Cocktail format which will allow for 50-60 people with comfortable standing room. We provide three cocktail tables and have up to (8) six foot banquet tables available for food, glassware, brochures, gifts, etc.
• Sit down format which will allow for 30 people seated at tables for more of a formal dinner setting. We only have the six foot rectangular tables.  If you would like a different style than our six foot tables, you will have to make those arrangements.
