Coming Soon!  BIN 1884 Cheese Bar

We have plans to convert our event space into a Cheese Bar!  BIN 1884 Cheese Bar will offer Artisan Cheese, Salumi, and Antipasti type fare in which you can take to go or sit down and eat in.  

To Go: Customers will be able to purchase cheese or salumi by the pound, and Cheese and Antipasti platters that can be ordered ahead for customers who are entertaining at home. Additional retail items, including breads, crackers, olives, and spreads, will also be available for customers to purhcase.  BIN 1884 will offer picnic lunches to go.  Individual customers can select from 3 cheeses, salumi, and olives to create their own picnic or Picnic baskets for two will be put together each day for customers to grab for their special date skiing, jazz in the park, or hike.

Sit Down: Eatery will give patrons the chance to enjoy specially chosen wine flights or beers to pair with select cheeses.  BIN 1884 Cheese Bar will also offer simple salads, grilled cheese of the day, and a pizzetta of the day using select cheeses and fresh local produce.   BIN 1884 will offer sit down patrons the chance to enjoy our specialty dish of melted Raclette cheese served as it is in Switzerland with warm boiled potatoes, cornichons and baguette.

We look forward to providing this new and exciting business to the Platte Park neighborhood.  We have appreciated the support we have had from the neighborhood with The Empty Bottle and would like to continue that relationship by welcoming BIN 1884 Cheese Bar as a beneficial addition to the community.
